As your sub-contractor, PAQIT provides a trainer to deliver your course materials to your customers.

As you develop your own materials, use our subject-matter expertise to check them for correspondence with the text of the standards and to make sure the essential clauses are covered.

When your client asks for help with their management system, PAQIT goes in on your behalf: setting up a system, improving one — such as an audit and corrective-action tracking system — or integrating several into one coherent Integrated Management System.

If a client asks for a course you don’t yet have, our principal trainer develops it in your house style, from initial fact-finding through to a deliverable course.
Paul Smith BSc
Thirteen years delivering training on business management systems, quality-improvement techniques and ISO standards, including auditing to lead auditor grade.
Before training, Paul spent more than twenty years as a Quality Manager in technology-based industries.
Paul is also a qualified secondary-school science teacher, and he utilises his experience to deliver training in an engaging way.
